There are various octopus jigs, to fit every octopus catching scenario. The hand made octopus jigs by Greek company Technofish can be trolledin deep waters.

The Octopus jighas 3 plastic fish (9cm long each), green beads, hooks and a chain.

Also availablewith a Tiroler type sinker or a piece of chain, which stands upright in the bottom and does not allow the jig to be snagged on the seabed.

One fish has two hooks attached, one on each side and two fish are free to move naturally.

The rig is put together with polyester line.
