Light lure fishing experts, place significant importance on the baits On-the-Drop (OTD) performance, especially with certain fish species. On The Drop is simply the art of catching fish with lures by doing nothing, as the lure falls through the water column. And there is a reason why the Cultiva Ring Single Tail works even without any motion induced by the tip of your rod. It is the design of the lure itself that triggers strikes from predatory fish, as it falls through the water, especially because the angler isn’t always in direct contact with the lure, or at least in a manner where action can be induced.
