The Ryuji Montero 95S is a soundless Pencil lure, with a very slim profile, ideal for long casts even in difficult weather conditions, such as headwind.
On its belly you will find 9 slots for fixed spheres. These offer ballast and help the lure maintain its balance.
It responds wonderfully to the continuous twitches, or jerks from our rod and its motion resembles the motion of an arrow (Darting action), just below the water surface. Although it is a sinking lure, it can also be fished in shallow water with a fast skipping retrieve and with your rod “looking” upwards.
Its weight is distributed along its body, which means that when you pause the retrieve, the Montero sinks in a horizontal position, parallel to the bottom, with wobbling, a movement highly tempting to predators.
