The Mercury – Mariner replacement line for manual start outboards is a long lasting, easy to replace, flexible and strong braided nylon line.

Starter rope line fits:

• 7.5 hp through 50 hp Mercury or Mariner two-cycle outboards (1963 through 1985)
• 20 hp through 75 hp two-cycle outboards (1986 and newer)
• 8/9.9 hp 4-stroke outboards (1995 through 2004)
• 15 hp 4-stroke outboards (1998 through 2006)
• 25 hp 4-stroke outboards (1998 through 2005)
• 30 hp 4-stroke outboards (1999 through 2005)
• 40 hp 4-stroke outboards (1998 and newer) with manual start systems or options for manual start groove on flywheel
• 9.9 hp and higher Force outboards (1984 through 1998)
