The blanks of these Daiwa rods are technical and allow jigs to be casted at great distances, thanks to Fuji-K rings with FazLite rings. The Grandwave Shore Jigging has been constructed with a new Carbon technology, as a response to the need of various anglers for a Heavy Shore Jigging rod that can handle popular in the Mediterranean, jigs.
The Grandwave Shore Jigging Daiwa rods are fitted with an X-45 blank, featuring the X-45 Full Shield technology: This manufacturing process is the superposition of Spiral carbon fibers (90), Unidirectional (0) fibers on three layers and two carbon layers laid by two opposing helical windings (45). These two additional crosswinds have given the name of Bias Cross Wrap. These rods are ideal for casting far and fighting pelagic predators at great distance, with moderate-diameter braided lines.
