Balzer has been manufacturing different rods in the Adrenalin line, most of which were less than 2 meters in length. With the latest Adrenalin series, Balzer has returned to the classic lengths, above 2.10 mt.

The blanks are almost uncut and completely wrapped with carbon tape. This combination means that the blanks are about 20% stronger than comparable rods.

The Heavier versions of this Balzer Adrenalin IM-12 Series come as the replacement of the 25-30 Lbs Boat model, an all times classic for Trolling with Live Bait rod in the Mediterranean. You can explore the potential of the Adrenalin Heavy rod with fresh bait, or with a heavy sinker up to approximately 1.2kg. It can also be combined with electric reels for vertical deep fishing. Balzer has incorporated in the Heavy Adrenalin models the necessary power we need to lift from the bottom any strongly fighting prey and at the same time the necessary sensitivity to transmit the reaction of the live squid when targeted by a predator.

The two lighter versions of the Adrenalin rod series, are an excelent option for vertical fishing styles such as Inchiku, Deep Fishing with Sinkers, etc. They are made out of reinforced blank, producing the ideal resistance and bending curve to safely handle any prey. The particular rod models (with Product Codes 116520 & 116530) are available in a Spinning, or Trolling reel version.

As one would expect from a Balzer Adrenalin rod, only the highest quality components have been used to equip them, such as under-wrapped Fuji Alconite guides, cross butt and shrink rubber handles.
